Brussel Sprouts (Roasted)
Oven-Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
Olive oil
1-1.5 pounds Brussels sprouts (2 12oz bags), trimmed and halved lengthwise
salt pepper garlic blend to taste
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
Cut the sprouts ends off then split down the middle so you have halves.
Use a sheet pan. Cover the sheet pan in a thin layer of olive oil. Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic blend on the oil. Place the halved sprouts cut side down on the sheet pan.
Drizzle more olive oil over the sprouts and salt pepper garlic blend as well.
Cook until Brussels sprouts are very browned and tender, 20-23 minutes.
